Pass Application and Extension
1.Employment Pass (EP)The Employment Pass (EP) is designed for foreign professionals, managers, and executives who wish to work in Singapore. This pass is ideal for company leaders who possess specialized skills or management expertise.

2)Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and a lease for an office space in Singapore, requires a minimum monthly salary of SGD 5,600.
3)Application is submitted online, and the review process takes approximately 14 working days.
2.EntrePass (Entrepreneur Pass)The EntrePass is targeted at foreign entrepreneurs who wish to start and operate a business in Singapore. Unlike the Employment Pass, the EntrePass does not require a minimum salary or specific academic qualifications.

3.Dependant’s Pass (DP) and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)For Employment Pass and EntrePass holders earning more than SGD 6,000 per month, it is possible to apply for a Dependant’s Pass (DP) for your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age. If your salary exceeds SGD 12,000 per month, you can also apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) for your parents. DP applications typically take around 2 weeks to process.
4. S PassThe S Pass is another widely used work visa in Singapore, primarily intended for mid-skilled workers. The S Pass is not restricted by nationality, however, S Pass holders need to meet the salary requirements of the Ministry of Manpower.

Companies in Singapore are subject to a quota system that limits the number of S Pass holders. For example, in the service sector, a company can have only 10% of its workforce on S Passes.
Employers are also required to pay a monthly levy based on the number of S Pass holders they employ.
